Delete Account Request

If you have created an account in Callbreak : Offline Card Game and would like to permanently delete your account and associated data, please follow the instructions below.

1. In-App Deletion

If the delete account option is available inside the app settings, it is the fastest way to process your request:

  • Open the game
  • Go to Settings
  • Tap Delete Account
  • Confirm your request

2. Email-Based Request

If you are unable to access the app, you may request account deletion by sending a formal email to our support team:

Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include: Your registered email ID and Game Name.

Important: Final Warning

Once you confirm your deletion request, the following actions will take place:

  • Your account will be permanently deleted.
  • All saved progress, level data, and game statistics will be removed.
  • Any virtual coins or rewards earned in-game will be permanently lost.
  • This action cannot be undone. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.

3. Processing Time

Once your identity and request are verified, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 7–30 business days.

4. Data to be Deleted

  • User account information and authentication credentials.
  • Game progress, records, and detailed statistics.
  • Stored data in Firebase and associated cloud databases.

5. Important Disclaimer

Callbreak : Offline Card Game is designed for entertainment purposes only. The game uses virtual elements only and does not involve real-money gambling, betting, or cash rewards. Deleting your account does not result in any financial refunds as no real money is involved in gameplay rewards.
